How To Rent

​Select Your Dates

• Simply select the dates of your event using the date picker at the top of each page, or in the shopping cart in the bottom right corner.
• Our base rental period is up to 48 hours. Need more time? No need to pull out the calculator, our site will do the calculation for you!
• The time slots in our date picker are for Customer Pickup and Returns only.
• Delivery/Pickup Time: Due to system limitations, you will need to select one of the available pickup times to complete your order. Our Delivery/Pickup windows are Mon-Fri 9:30-11am and 12-4pm and Sat/Sun 8am-1pm. After checkout, we will contact you to get all necessary details for delivery.

• Navigate our site with ease, simply select the items you want and click "Add to Cart"
• If you are renting our Marquee Letters/Numbers, be sure to include the following if needed:
  • Special Characters (#,?,❤️, etc.)
  • 20ft Extension Cord (extension cords are included with delivery/pickup)
  • Stacking Unit(s) or Platform(s)
  • Additional Props

​Customer Pickup or Delivery?

• At checkout, you will be able to select either FREE Customer Pickup/Return or one of three Delivery/Pickup options.
• Standard Local Door Delivery
  • Small: (ex. Up to 5 Marquee Characters, or 2 Characters + 1 12in Platform)
  • Medium: (ex. 6-10 Marquee Characters or 3-5 Characters + 2 12in Platforms)
  • Large: (ex 11-15 Marquee Characters or 6+ Characters + 3 12in Platforms or Large props, backdrops, etc)
    
  • Extra Large: For orders over $1000, please complete our inquiry form to get a complete quote with delivery and/or setup.
    
    • Unsure of what delivery package to select? No Problem! Simply complete checkout without delivery, then send us an email at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help you complete your final order. (we recommend completing checkout first to secure your rentals, but of course it's up to you)
  • Our Delivery/Pickup windows are Mon-Fri 9:30-11am and 12-4pm and Sat/Sun 8am-1pm. After checkout, we will contact you to get all necessary details for delivery.
  • Requests for a specific delivery/pickup time is subject to additional charges. Approval of the requested time is not guaranteed.
  • Additional charges will apply for deliveries that involve stairs, some elevators or if items need to be carried more than minimal distances. 
• ADD Out of Town Delivery/Pickup ($4/km): Select if your event is outside the city of Winnipeg. This is to be added on top of your delivery package. After checkout, you will receive an updated invoice with the new delivery/pickup charge. 
• ADD Set-Up + Take Down: Select if you require set up or if you have selected one of our stacking units. Set Up + Tear Down can range from $25- $500 depending on the rental items and type of installation. Price will be determined after checkout and you will receive an updated invoice with the applicable setup charges.​
• If the delivery package selected does not accommodate the size of your order, or the out of town delivery and/or set-up add-ons are missed at checkout, we will reach out to inform you of the additional charges and send you the updated invoice.

​Checkout

• Please note that rentals are not reserved for your selected dates until a 50% non-refundable deposit is secured via credit card.
• The client is required to ensure that all information entered at checkout, including dates, times, location, etc. are accurate.
• Credit Card is the only accepted form of payment. (Corporate Clients / Charity Foundations: please email [email protected] to arrange alternative payment methods if needed)
• Final Payment will be charged to your card 7 days prior to the event or pickup/delivery.
• There are no refunds on non-refundable deposits.
• There are no refunds on final payment once services have been rendered, or if the requested customizations have already been made to your rentals.
